Yes! We understand your security concerns. That's why our checkout process is equipped with the most advanced, PCI-compliant, SSL "padlock" 256-bit encryption technology available. Our security certification comes a widely-known business authentication authority, to ensure the private transmission of your data. The certification level we use (EV) means we have passed a thorough screening by the authenticating entity so that you know exactly who you are working with.

2. Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 256-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.
3. We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances without your express permission. Click here to review our privacy policy.
4. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. You will receive notification by e-mail when the payment is run through at the time of shipment.
5. First make sure you ordered from this (our old, phasing out) web store. You'd know it by your order number, which would look like OrderID 5XXXX. If so, you can check on the status of your order by clicking on https://shop.familyhospitality.com/orderslogin.cgi or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order. If your order number looks like SO-00XXXX then you ordered from the new site, and you may check on your order at this link instead: https://www.familyhospitality.com/account.aspx . Thank you for your understanding as we migrate all our IT functions through this transition. 
6. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.
7. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.
8. Our return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.
9. There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, or you can contact us for assistance.  If a product is showing out of stock the wait time can be between 1 and 40 days.  If you would like to place a backorder for when the item comes in, again please contact us and we will be happy to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience.
